New beers
Last week we brewed 2 new beers. Both with a little story behind them.
Klap van de Molen
Meaning 'Hit by the Mill'. Our new winter ale. Available from the end of November. Brewed with lots of spices but they won't be overwhelming in both aroma and flavour.
Nood & Deugd
Translates more or less as 'Difficulties & Virtue'. Sometimes things go wrong at a brewery. While brewing our Donder & Bliksem a mistake was made and we added a lot of malts that weren't suppose to go in this brew. This is how our Bohemian Lager turned into a Schwarzbier. As you see, we turn our Difficulties into a Virtue.
