Midtfyns Bryghus is a small but highly appreciated brewery on Fyn, the second largest island of Denmark. Mid may our brewmaster will brew a new beer together with Eddie Szweda from Midtfyns. It will be a heavy Imperial Stout. The strongest beer ever to be brewed in Midtfyns kettles. More information about this expedition can be found later on this website.
