Translation: Garbled & Distorted In Belgium it's common for brewers to experiment with all kinds of spices and herbs. One of these spices is cardamom, which belongs to the ginger family. But in stead of using the roots the seeds are used in dishes. We used a lot of cardamom during the brewing of this beer. So it's no surprise that it's very much present in both aroma and flavour. But it's not overwhelming. So we classify this more as a Specialty than a Belgian style ale. Style Specialty ABV 9,5% EBC EBU |
