Vermouth wine

Vermouth wine. On 10 liters.
Po 5 gr. wormwood, orange peel, Mentha piperita, 1 gr. ½ l of water is boiled for Valeriana officinalis, adds ½ l of pure spirit, then after 6 weeks of standing, strained and poured into 10 l. strong wine, sweetens to taste. Leave for a few months to mature. Currant wines are best suited, agrestu, plums, hawthorn (even not very successful), fermented in Sherry yeast, Samos, Madeira, port wine.
